Your permit is valid from the date you requested it to be, you can set this date in the MiPermit system when you apply.
We can issue you with a paper visitor permit as long as the correct documentation is sent to us. Resident permits will still be virtual which we can assist you with if you have no computer.
Within the zone that you purchased it for but not on Single/Double Yellow Lines if there are any within your zone.
The resident of the property can apply for a residents permit as long as they have an utility bill and V5 for a vehicle registered to the application address.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a telephone renewal service. You will need to either send your documents to the office or email them to parkingpermits@west-norfolk.gov.uk
We are required to reconfirm details for audit purposes at renewal and this is simply a part of the process.
