Enforcement

The Norfolk Parking Partnership (NPP) are responsible for ensuring that motorists park their vehicles in line with the parking regulations set down in the Traffic Management Act 2004.

In order to fulfil these obligations our Civil Enforcement Officers patrol the areas we cover monitoring both off-street and on-street parking and issuing Penalty Charge Notices for contraventions as and when they occur.

Our Officers also provide a direct link, for residents and visitors, to Local Government services; not just to parking but they are the face of our organisations and provide valuable information about our area and services to members of the public on a daily basis.
