MiPermit
MiPermit enables the Norfolk Parking Partnership (NPP) and the Parking Operations team to offer electronic payments for pay and display parking, resident, visitor and business permits and season tickets.
The parking stays, permits and season tickets purchased through the system are digital meaning that there is no need to display anything in your vehicle.
MiPermit can be used as follows:
Pay & Display Parking
- Payment is made via the Parking Ops App or by text so there is no need to have the correct change to buy a ticket
- You don’t need to display a ticket, this is recorded virtually and can be checked online
- You are able to extend your parking stay using the app, text message or telephone
- You can download a VAT receipt for your stay, if you need one, the day after your parking expires
- You can park to park up to 7 days in advance and can cancel this if your plans change
Residents, Visitor & Business Permits
- You can apply for a permit online 24/7
- Permits are virtual and so cannot be lost or stolen
- You can update or renew your permit online
Season Tickets
- You can apply for a season ticket 24/7 and use it as soon as you’ve paid for it
- Permits are virtual and so cannot be lost or stolen
- You can update or renew your permit online
