Challenge a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)

You have two opportunities to challenge a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) depending upon how long ago the PCN was issued.

Informal Challenge

  • To be made within 28 days of the PCN being issued

  • You will need to enter the PCN Number and Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM)

  • This must be made prior to a Notice to Owner (NtO) being issued.
