If the PCN is within the discount period this cannot be extended. We can offer a deferred payment plan where you save the money up within a timeframe, you then pay in full within this period.
You will need to write in to request this using the PCN website and state when you believe you will be able to pay, we normally allow up to 3 months.
If the PCN is at the discounted amount you will need to wait until it is at the full amount before requesting this.
If you have been issued with a Charge Certificate you will not be able to use the online system to register your request and will need to email parking@west-norfolk.gov.uk
Cases with Newlyn are not eligible and you will need to contact Newlyn to discuss an installment arrangement with them directly on 01604 633001.
