Please visit MiPermit select the Local Authority for the area in which you live and follow the instructions to provide your new vehicle details and upload the proof required.
You will need to go into the MiPermit system and select change Vehicle Change Permit option.
Documentation will need to be uploaded confirming you own the vehicle in the form of V5, insurance certificate or invoice from garage.
