What do I do if my car has broken down/got a flat tire/I’ve lost my keys?

If you are parked on-street you will need to contact the Parking Operations Team on 01553 616222. Where a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) is issued to a vehicle on street you will need to supply evidence of the breakdown/lost keys etc.

If you are parked in a car park you will need to pay for parking using the ticket machine or Parking Operations App for the duration of time that your car remains in the car park.
